Room Use

The library is dedicated to providing space that can be used by the community for learning, growth and more. In addition to its many open spaces, the library has several rooms which can be reserved or requested for private meetings or quiet study. To reserve a room, call the library, stop by in person, or use our online booking system (see below). Walk-in bookings are welcome, pending availability.

Requirements for Reserving a Room Online

  • Booking a room online requires a library card from the Minuteman Library Network, and an email address (used to confirm your booking, and allow you to cancel if you no longer need the room)
  • The conference room can only be reserved once per month
  • The meeting room can also only be reserved once per month
  • You can make as maximum of four reservations per month (for example, four study room bookings; or one conference room booking and three study room bookings)
  • Reservations can be as short as 30 minutes and as long as three hours

If your meeting falls outside of these parameters, please check in with a librarian to see if we have any flexibility.
