Are you a book lover or someone looking for volunteer experience? Apply now to become a Teen Library Volunteer! You will have the opportunity to gain community service hours, develop your skills, learn more about library operations, and connect with other book lovers.
Some of the activities you may assist with as a volunteer include:
- shelving books in the correct spot
- providing interlibrary loan assistance
- suggesting updates to the book collection
- organizing and cleaning
- designing murals, book displays, and other creative projects
- preparing children’s activity materials
- joining the Teen Advisory Board
- planning the yearly Halloween event.
